Software Stack
I'm starting the project choosing my software stack, here are my picks and why I'm choosing those apps:
Obsidian
A friend showed me Obsidian at work on day and I fell in love at first sight. It's a super powerful markdown editor and manager, but it goes so way beyond that. I can use icloud to share my notes, references, mind maps and kanban boards to my phone and to the ipad, making it the hub of the whole project really.

Godot
I'm new to Godot, and this is the first time I'm getting it a go, but from what I saw so far it is a amazing tool and easy to use (hard to master). I really hope I don't have to change engine in the middle of the project... I choose you Godooooot...

VsCode
Use it every day, its amazing! I'm sure it can easily do its job and I'm used to it's extensions. A big advantage is to use Git Hub Copilot to help you code.

Git Hub
Comit, publish and coffee... Git Hub is essential to keep development on track, either working by yourself or with others. I will use it to sync my project between different computers and keep everything safe up on the could. Piece of mind has no price.

Pro Create
By far my favorite photo editor / painting app. The lack of support for pixel art is a draw back but painting high res art comes out very fast, which might be the only way to finish things this game.

Toon Squid
Basically the best app on a ipad to do animation... yes, better than Pro Create dreams, although I might use Pro Create Dreams, but more like a Compositor than a animation tool. Toon Squid is amazing and has all the tools one needs to do character and fxs animation.

LiceCap
The coolest little tool to create animated gifs. Works on PC and Mac.
